- A Ph.D. from a recognized institution.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and computer literacy.

|
| Education: |
- A Ph.D. with five years of experience as vice president for administrative and financial services of a college or a MBA and ten years of related experience from a recognized institution with good analytic skills.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and computer literacy.

- Extensive experience in managing the human resources and finance of an institution.
- Additional experiences in proposal writing, public relations and student development are desirable.
- Role model for faculty, support staff and students.
